Our services include in-person personal training at Robles Fitness located in downtown Sacramento as well as online training. We also provide private yoga sessions either at the Robles Fitness or a location of your choice! Each person is unique and every program is developed to each person’s goals and physical conditioning documented at that time. Here at VRF we believe that every day is a day to train but that doesn’t mean that you will be lifting weights each day.
We incorporate calisthenics, TRX suspension training, stabilization techniques, cardiorespiratory endurance training, anaerobic conditioning, and yoga into each of the programs. For our online option, the client will be emailed a training program on an excel spread sheet, nutritional and supplement knowledge, record of your progress, and weekly check-ins with a trainer!

One on one personal training includes hands on instruction from a qualified trainer to help with form, ensure safety, and develop a personalized training and diet program.
Practicing the ancient discipline of yoga offers you the opportunity to learn to enhance your focus and ‘sense of being.’ Your personal or group yoga instructor will lead you through a practice with emphasis on breath control, guided meditation, and tension release techniques.
Do you have 2 friends with similar fitness goals?! Then sign up for VinReady Fitness Group Training! Each participant will have their own training program similar to the other two participants. Dietary guidance is offered throughout the course of the training and personalized diet programs are also provided for each group member upon request.
